A balanced approach would be to work on your abs intensely 3-4 times a week, giving them time to recover in between. On your off days, you can focus on other aspects of fitness like cardio or training other muscle groups.

It’s not just about how often you work the muscles, but also about revealing them by shedding the layer of fat that might be covering them.
